- The Hekman Group has established a national reputation
for original strategic thinking in the medical group
practice industry for over 15 years. I have been the
principal consultant with periodic support from subcontracted
consultants in specialized areas. In the past seven
years, about 10 to 20% of my time has been devoted to
developing medical services in developing countries.
In Romania, my strategic planning efforts produced a
sustainable multispecialty clinic that models integrity,
leading the Mayor of Pitesti to pay this high compliment:
“You are changing the way we do medicine and the
way we do business in this country.”
