In the past few years, physicians have begun to discover the unique benefits of open access schedules, a system designed to strengthen the physician-patient relationship, improve medical outcomes, streamline office functions, and satisfy even the most demanding service-oriented health care consumers. Our resources page has links to some of the classic literature on the topic, but we have also spent considerable effort to learn about open access scheduling from the originators of the idea, to experiment with some of our long-term clients, and to develop unique tools to help every practice implement better ways of serving their patients.
