Since 1999, the Hekman Group has been involved in developing hospitals and clinics in developing countries around the globe. Health Development International, (HDI) our non-profit affiliate, is now set up to mobilize other health care managers and consultants to get involved. The mission of HDI is to help hospitals and clinics in developing countries become self-sustaining enterprises known for their quality of care and concern for community.
