Dave Armstrong, PHD
Senior Consultant
David L. Armstrong uniquely blends business experience and academic credentials. He was Executive Vice President and President of the Herman Miller Research Corporation, founding Director of Facility Management Institute and one of the founders of IFMA, and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Herman Miller Inc., an international leader in products for the work environment. Dave was central to the beginning of highly successful strategies in research, marketing and distribution. He also has extensive international experience. During this time several business developments and M&A activities were undertaken. The last 10 years have been in specialized business consulting. Nearly 30 years of business experience includes large corporations, startup business, and entrepreneurial activities. He has held teaching, research and administrative positions at Ohio State University, University of California, Southern Illinois and Michigan State University.

Jane Armstrong
Senior Consultant
For the past 18 years Jane served as Coordinator of Medical Staff Development, responsible for recruitment, retention, and recognition of physicians for Holland Hospital. This is a unique position that she developed and implemented. Over 95 physicians were recruited to fill community need with an 83 percent retention rate. Previous professional experience includes elementary education, real estate broker, business owner, director of a prominent art gallery, and leadership programs and activities of the Chamber of Commerce in Holland, MI. Volunteer experiences include helping develop a community arts program and building campaign for the Holland Area Arts Council as well as helping develop a program and building campaign for the Center for Women in Transition allowing the organization to concentrate on both proactive initiatives and reactive needs of those in undesirable life situations. Her involvement continues in both organizations as well as leadership in other community organizations demonstrating her belief that knowledge is gained through experience. Jane has just been selected as one of the fifty most influential women in Western Michigan in 2007.

Judy Breuker is a nationally known and respected
expert on medical coding issues. During the more than 20 years
that she has taught and performed multi-specialty medical
coding services, she has become one of the most sought-after
coding instructors in the United States.
Judy is the founder and president of Medical
Education Services, LLC, which offers customized coding, documentation,
and compliance seminars for physicians and their staffs--as
well as coding consulting and chart auditing for every type
and size of medical practice. She is the former president
of Medical Reimbursement Services, Inc., a comprehensive multi-specialty
medical billing firm, which she founded in 1995 and grew to
15 employees.
With an unparalleled ability to understand
and convey coding and reimbursement related issues, Judy has
trained thousands of healthcare providers and their coding
support staffs nationwide. She has conducted several hundred
seminars and is a featured presenter at national conferences.
She and her associates are committed to offering services

Judy has served on national advisory boards for the American
