The Hekman Group, has served thousands of physicians in hundreds of medical practices worldwide for over seventeen years. The principal, Kenneth M. Hekman, offers more than 30 years of healthcare executive experience. As the creator of the Stellar Performance Model, he has focused on serving physicians as a business strategist.

Ken is known for his practical ingenuity when it comes to helping physicians solve business problems. He has served thousands of physicians in over 400 medical practices nationwide, and in developing countries on five continents. He is a three-time author of medical management books and has contributed numerous articles to multiple professional journals.  He also enjoys writing poetry and working as an international volunteer.
